is an external fully programmable pulsed source of voltage/current connectable to M3000 system and Test Adapter TA07B.
HVm20 is also built in Sm02b case.

HV07B is a special configuration high voltage adapter to connect external module HVm20 to Test Adapter TA07B.

HV07B can connect signlals up to 2000 V DC to DUT pins. High-voltage signals are generated by HVm20 scaled from + 10 V to + 3070 V. For standard sockets the voltage is limited to 2000 V.

HV07 is an assembly of two parts
  
• HV matrix
   • DUT - protection unit

HV matrix is a high-voltage relay matrix up to 10 kV. When use this matrix you can connect DUT pins signals or instruments unlimited becouse standard USER INTERFACE is not muliplexed.

DUT - protection unit can be switched to the signal path to protect agains dangerous toch voltage. 

Basic source features

Source is built in standard 19" rack. It is designed as set of the modules - convenient concept for variasions, service and maintenance. Except the source itself, the rack contains especially dedicated protection circuitry against touch to high voltage, DUT protection unit and S+H - sample unit or A/D units to switch and measure high voltages.

HVm20 is a fully programmable and controlled by main universal test software SCADUS.
